In the context of the adoption of Digital Governance and e-Information by all the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of our country, and the "requirements" of their members for high and quality remunerative services, in combination with the preferences of those interested in working in the way of finding work as these are reflected in the latest research of ELSTAT, our company, designed and developed the jobdirect for the operation of Personnel Finding Offices in the Chambers.

It is characteristic that only 2.4% of the unemployed find work through OAED, according to data from the Special Survey of EL.STAT on how to find the current main job in 2016-2017, while the Municipal Offices are not mentioned at all. In more detail:

  • Contact with the employer 18.0%,
  • Ads 14.5%,
  • Education and training providers 5.1%,
  • Relatives, Friends, Acquaintances 39.9%,
  • Another 11.5%,
  • 8.5% did not answer and
  • Ο.Α.Ε.D 2,4%.

With the jobdirect and the Personnel Finding Offices function, the Chambers respond effectively to the above.

Jobdirect is a Cloud application. It operates as a platform for the development of Electronic Employment Centers in Chambers for the Support of Personnel Finding Offices either as a physical or as an intangible structure integrated into an Organic Service Unit.

It is a support mechanism in the operation of the Office of Personnel Recruitment at the same time with the activation of the information system, it is an intelligent mechanism of communication between the administration and its members, having a strong element of empathy.

Each Personnel Finding Office has its own interface and layout and is supported horizontally by our company.

The quality of jobdirect is ensured by the compliance with the Law 2016/679 of Personal Data Management (GDPR) and the Law 4624/2019 and the implementation of Quality System ISO 9001: 2015.
